Used to transcribe and summarize recordings, in proportion to their length. Real-time translation and Aha Moments don't use them; podcasts and Deep AI research are free for a limited time.
For reference: 600 minutes is 10 hours of recordings a month.
Used for AI work in Agent Workflow: going deeper into meetings and documents, and creating presentations, tables, slides, reports and web pages. How many a task uses depends on its complexity and how much context it needs.

No. Every device comes with the free Plus plan: each month you get 600 minutes of transcription and summaries, 1,500 AI credits and extra AI features. If you need more, you can buy a Pro or Business plan, or separate packs of minutes and credits.
Plus is free for three years after you activate your device, with 600 transcription minutes and 1,500 AI credits every month. After three years you can still record audio, and the free plan includes 300 minutes a month without AI credits. You can move to a paid plan at any time.
No. Unused Plus minutes don't build up or carry over: your balance resets to 600 minutes each month. For example, if you used 300 minutes, you'll have 600 in the next billing period, not 900.
Yes. Recording doesn't need the internet: TicNote Card and the TicNote Pods charging case save audio to their built-in memory, and you can transfer recordings to the app later over Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi. You need the internet to upload to TicNote Cloud and for transcription, translation, summaries and the AI agent.
Yes. The same Plus, Pro and Business plans apply to both. Either device comes with the free starter plan with monthly minutes and AI credits, and you can buy a paid plan or extra resources whenever you need them.
